The company is now as good as dead

Fibb (FPositiveChat): What do you say now that FP is bankrupt? There isn't even enough money to complete the certification. What do you think is the reason for that? I recently suggested that I create a test specifically for you. Even that would probably have been too difficult for you, otherwise you would have agreed. But I still want to give you the answer as to why FP is bankrupt. That's because nobody trusts your buddy IC anymore. All of his investors have now realized that there is nothing behind it other than slogans and baseless promises (not to say lies). Nobody wants to give him any more money. But hey Fibb, why don't you suggest to your buddy that he should pay for the certification out of his own pocket. After all, he has been receiving a princely salary for over 10 years, which we shareholders ultimately paid for him. But I think IC doesn't trust his own company to be successful. That's why he prefers not to do it. He thinks to himself: "Better a sparrow in the hand than a pigeon on the roof!". And you, Fibb, should think about whether you are still allowed to have a clear conscience.

And Fibb: If IC were to pay the remaining money for the completion of the certification as a gift and not as a loan, then that would be an absolute vote of confidence and would also make other donors feel positive.

IC has taken millions out of this company since startup.  Why would he repay a loan now? I understand now why Nelson is no longer the COO,  At the 2023 AGM he was very impressive, but he obviously did not understand how to get certfied in Manitoba, and hence 4 months after delivery, STILL no production.  Also he probably was owed a lot of money, and needs to pay the bills. The ...more

@Eric69: That's really interesting to read and it's the first time I've received any information about alleged negotiations with Chinese companies. BKK said at the time that Eestor had been negotiating with two Chinese companies, but that both were broken off. I didn't get any further information when I asked Eestor himself or in the "Lemming Forum", where Ian's " ...more

I know that negotiations with one Chinese company was real, and I know the company, but I gave my word to Ian that I would never disclose. My word is better than any NDA.  The rason that the deal broke off was that new American tariffs restricted the sale of capacitors.  From my perspective and interest the deal with my Chinese Investor went nowhere as soon as they saw the financials ...more

@Eric69: I can understand your point of view and of course I can understand why you don't want to reveal the name of the Chinese company. After all, you promised Ian. But I don't understand Ian. By remaining silent, as he regularly does, and/or by concealing information, he is making himself less and less credible. What are we shareholders supposed to think? It is a logical conclusion ...more

Ian is apromoter.  Always has been.  Remember Murray Pezim, from Vancouver.  People made a lot of money with Murray and people lost a lot of money.  No one really believed anything he ever said.  Jaudge Ian as you must.

@Eric69: If Ian believed in his project (FP) as much as Murray Pezim once believed in his mines, then Ian would use his private money to complete the certification in order to save FP before FP threatens to become completely insolvent.

Murray never put in a dime.  Ian is counting on someone with a lot of skin already in the game to save his company.  Whether or not the company is a real company or just a pine of snazzy news releases and pictures is irrelevent at this stage.  We are hoping that the certification issue can  be completed, however that may happen.
