insider ownership seems kind of low

I listened to the latest webinar. Once thing that struck me is when in the Q&A Larry Page said that insiders and family and friends owned 5-6%. This is really a low level of insider ownership and doesn't give me confort that management has skin in the game. It looks like they will participate in the upside thru the issuance of cheap options. I guess this is typical of most juniors, but I was hoping that they would be the exception to the norm and put more of their own capital at risk.

Good question I listened to the webinar too and Larry did say that i was surprised and think that's Larry and his immediate semi-circle  that's not including the the other major players from the Jeremy and Richard side i personally have and know at least another 6% good to have you around merry Christmas

My understanding is that current management is brand new to mining in Brazil. Larry had mentioned this on the webinar. There isnt alot of experience from current management that would count as insiders. Remember PMM was given about 8 million shares and cash for the properties. Those shares will go into tight hands. I'm not a 100% but those who are involved with PMM, are they considered

True but remember Larry's team is half the story they certainly have plans for livramento to be the obvious cash cow it will be and trust the new half of the team to get the job done The other half which includes Richard Jeremy and anglos ex head of geology Paolo know Brazil like the back of their hand so it's a great combination that covers the Brazil assets and the exciting Mexican

Goldenhope, I can't find any info regarding the exciting Mexican silver asset. The company presentation shows Los Reyes to be a potential high grade copper/gold deposit. Can you point me to where I can find more info on their mexican silver asset ?
