I have trouble to understand who bot and sold today. Did anybody buy or sell shares through CONXF today? I see the bids are wide: 0.65 (bid) and ask (1.05). Thanks

I still can't buy through E-trade. Possibly a "market maker" putting up #'s to see if anyone wants to sell. Nickel28 still hasn't filed any paperwork/documents to allow US folks to buy.

Nickel 28 isn't on the us market. I don't think they will complete any document.

I tried to buy 100 shares of conxf. It says: no opening transactions are allowed on securities affected by amendments to SEC Rule 15c2-11. Oh sh-t!

I received the Voting Documents months ago in the US under the symbol (CONXF) and it had my shares listed with E-trade. So I don't know why the company didn't file the necessary paperwork. I've tried contacting them numerous times and no one has responded yet.

I too am a US trader using TD Ameritrade and am unable to buy. Have a considerable number of Nickel28 shares all bought using TD Ameritrade before new SEC filing requirements. Have other small cap Canadian company shares and am able to buy/sell them so I they must have the new SEC filing. Don't know why Nickel28 has not done the SEC filing.

I sent the email to Nickel 28 office about SEC rules. Hope to hear from them ASAP. I felt that someone to manage to keep the price low. Maybe other company wants to take over Nickel 28 at cheap price? Oh well, We, USA, have tons of money in CONXF. Nickel28 has to do something with SEC.
