If it's the same investor, then since Sept 2020 (when the development rights were sold to Northland) Power, about 2.5-3.0 milion shares purchased.
This period is where the stock eventually levelled off. Price range 5 to 15 cents over the past 3 years. And there were also other buyers of 100K+ during this period. But Scotia clearly predominated.
Nothing more to conclude from the trading above activity.
