On the West Coast
There is interest in green hydrogen. Sourcing electricity would be a major topic. If sea water could be used in the electrolysis process instead of freshwater, that much the better.

The East Coast project requires 3000 MW of power, that's a large amount for any windfarm to produce. What's encouraging with the East Coast project is, it's determined to be economically viable. Could also feed excess electricity into the grid. 

What prevents Oceanic from exploring windfarm opportunities on the East Coast? Pattern Energy interested in developing Argentia Bay hydrogen.
