He is exercising warrants/options and selling them. This very normal for executives to do. Much of the time execs will sell the entire option/warrant amount. I see that Eric actually net added to his overall position. Very bullish IMO.

You should really have a reflexion about the way you are investing. You change your mind everyday  and you overreact to every updates this investment is meant to be a long term one. May be you invested to much money for your investor  profile. Get some help with a professional to guide you because it seems like you gamble like in a casino expecting breaking news everyday and a stock
