VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 8, 2023 /CNW/ - Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. ("Metalla") (TSXV: MTA) (NYSE American: MTA) and Nova Royalty Corp. (TSXV: NOVR) (OTCQB: NOVRF) ("Nova") are pleased to announce that they have entered into an arrangement agreement dated September 7, 2023 (the "Arrangement Agreement") whereby Metalla will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Nova pursuant to a plan of arrangement (the "Transaction"), positioning the combined company as a leading emerging intermediate royalty company.
