RE:RE:The New Crucible Forum, Doesn't Seem To Work! A lazy self-serving management team will do nothing to get the share price higher! If that is indeed their objective, we can only hope that some other management team with the proper financial resources backing them up, will see some accretive value here, by astutely acquiring all of CCW's shares, as soon as possible!
Management had intended to open up a dialogue with their shareholders in a forum which they might better control. But for now, this process of renewed communication, seems to have been silenced! Maybe the reason was a necessary one, but completely unexpected that took them by surprise!
Since that potential company/shareholder dialogue was terminated rather quickly, I am of the opinion that they may be already in talks with a potential purchaser of the company. If this is indeed the case, they would not be at liberty to discuss further, any matters of this nature, until all such discussions have been fully completed!
This same quiet period of communication between management and shareholders also happened with Rockcliff Metals, just prior to Hudbay's proposed takeover of that company.
Shareholders will be given a vote on any such decision to approve a transaction of that nature.
But the share price would almost immediately reflect the value of any such deal once it has been proposed and accepted by managment.
Remember also that insiders do hold a significant amount of CCW shares, so it is in their own personal interest to get the best price that they could possibly negotiate.
So if they win big time, so do we!
For now, this is just an idea.
Only management and any potential buyer, knows for certain about what might be going on here!
And they would not tell us anything of substance until such sensitive negotiations have finally concluded!
There has been a very recent final spurt in the buying of CCW shares. Quite possibly, some major miner or a smaller one with some significant amount of a available capital has been doing some buying for many months already and may have recently topped up their final holdings, just prior to a recent take-over bid for the company?
This may have surprised CCW's management team, which may now, also be looking, for a quicker exit strategy from their company, due to their most recent failure to save the share price from falling, even more!
The clock is ticking for this company and so they must act quickly, to make some kind of deal!
Now whether this deal is M&A in nature or is simply a major funding move to get the Castle Silver MIne operational, we will have to wait and see!
But I have never been more confident that now is the best time to get some positive action out of this reluctant management team!
They now they have as much to lose as the rest of us. Even their rich salaries, could be lost, if their company fails, by defaulting on its financial obligations and gets them kicked off of the exchange!
If they did choose to use cash accumulated by some continued bulk sampling of Granada Gold's ore body for the purpose of keeping CCW alive, then I would suspect some GGM shareholder might file a complaint with the regulatory bodies and some appropriate investigation would be launched!
So these managers may now be under some considerable pressure from various sources to strike any kind of good deal and fast!
The same thing happened with Rockcliff Metals when they begged Hudbay to take them out!
Rockcliff had one billion lbs of confirmed 43-101 copper resources locked up in a diverse set of smaller ore bodies ready to sell to any takers. They kept saying that no one was interested in buying them! What a laugh!
But Hudbay desperately wanted these assets as long as they could get them cheaply! It cost more for Rockcliff to find them than what the company was finally paid, when they sold them! But at least management collected a very lucretive salary over time. And they attended all of the most important trade shows, with the hope that this would have better helped their cause to sell or raise additional capital by diluting their shareholders, even further! On and on it goes!
But their majority shareholders decided that they had seen enough of that and when the difficulty raising capital became apparent, they decided to throw in the towel and then, just sell the company out!
Even though longer term shareholders took a bath on Rockcliff Metals shares, the late term buyers, made a killing by buying their shares, so very cheaply!
Something similar may now be happening here with CCW. It is my hope, that it is!
That was my main reason for buying in so heavily, at this time! This company was bargain priced!
However, if the company is about to make some deal to finance a mining operation at Castle, their primary property asset, then all shareholders could stand to make, even more money!
That might provide all shareholders, the better outcome!
Try to remain positive!
All the best, Java
