These are not only huge locations for japan but at least 711 and lawsons have locations in many countries. The emergency restrictions in quite a few locations including Tokyo have been lifted as of March 1. The adds coinsides with the relaxation of restrictions. This likely means we will be likely having a good news announcement for Japan, within the next several weeks particularly if positivity rates and deaths continue to decline world wide. In California there have been huge declines in positivity

Veritas or rather falsitas,  no way the world will reach herdimmunity anytime soon. B117 variant is not only more infectuous but slightly more deadly and there are more on the way. It seems that the Pfizer BionTech vaccine is effective in preventing infections from the mutations now in circulation but this may change.

  Quark where's the proof that the new variants are more deadly? There is an inverse relationship between more easily transmittable infection rates and deaths, so highly unlikely it is both more infectious and deadly. i.e. Ebola kills 90%+ of the people infected but it is easier to contain as it is more difficult to transmit.  Proof seems to be in the UK where one of the variants
