100k missing and described as fraudulent has put the onus of proof right back where it belongs.

Because Glen is the face of the company and we don't know others that are involved, the buck stops here.

100k might be a justifiable debit, kind of like the US governments Black Ops budget if we had to grease somebody in Japan to make things happen.

I know we don't buy that here but in Asia this is quite the norm.  In fact it is rampant all over the world.  " A little taste" as it were.

The accountant that told it like it is is a credit to that whole profession, who it seems, have sold their souls with creative accounting practices that rely defies the reason for the whole profession.

If 100k went to somebody to move this along like a government official or inspector, I hope we get what we paid for!

Glen's actions suggest that my hookers and blow theory might be the more logical explanation and the track record on product launches suggests that this is just professional promoting for self serving reasons.

I am still trying to sew together the pieces of Tabletz, Cryopharm, Biople and Pacwest to figure out how they translate to the bottomline.  Our gameplan is low cost and a piece of the action which would be nice if that was quantified too.

Blue Science and Neuenergy seem to be products that don't float and going to Tabletz for financing is a different thing than being prepaid for orders for Japan.  The rush deal for Tabletz was irregular too.  While I like the concept that Biople is excited about launching and selling the Tabletz, how we could sneak a rush order in suggests a failure to provide the regular order.

Where's our honest accountant on this matter?  I would really like to hear what he thinks.

Yes agreed! More disclosure /clear explanations are needed and wanted. My only issue is it is not always just the worst possible assumptions made, but also the most convoluted and absurd ones .   Now I didn't fully read the example you showed nor did I look into any of the specifics but I agree in principle on news for disclosure. However, to truly compare one would have to look into
