RE:RE:Interesting blog post on NovraThe author said he is accumulating since the CTO was rescinded. I left a comment as it's incorrect to say that when the loan closes the market cap would be 70M plus shares x current share price as the loan needs to be converted first.

I would tend to believe that once the loan closes the share price will approach .30 as if SNAPS is willing to buy half the company at .34, the other half should be worth the same. They've done their due diligence and know the company better than retail investors.
