Hope you are wrong. This restatement is hard to understand how it could happen.

However if you think this is a scam then this is worst run scam in the history of scams. Not only must the Nevada lithium guys be part of the scam but the stock price is in the toilet. These guys should have bought lottery tickets instead of running a scam. 

You have to pump the shares before you dump. I guess they forgot about the pump in pump and dump.
