Where did I find the deal was dead ?

ummm./.. Company released NR that they were granting extention for payment of the 1 million $.

Here we are Aug 18th , 4 MONTHS AFTER THE EXTENTION DEADLINE !

No NR saying deal has closed and no 1 million $ on finanicals which indicates deal is dead.

Soo again , Are you serious with that question ?
