I'm pretty agitated today lol. I was wanting to get more at .26 for my TFSA but kept reading his posts and all well it got in my head. Decided to wait and see if it goes lower which I knew may not happen. Then next day Qualcomm puts video out. I didn't grab more and now this guys loving it. I am done with this back and forth here with him since one person completely jinxed me out. I never listen to anyone either except good news so I'm even more dissapointed I allowed this to happen. yeah your Cashy. Just I've owned this since 3.75 finally averaged to about .55 also and this is my best investment rest I've lost many many. Since 3.75 spike I've been paying interest on a maxxed out line of credit 15k for this puppy lol but I believed in the company at the time and still do. I definately need to try something new since it's been years me paying a line of credit interest and I just keep maxing it to keep averaging more yet I never sell. You are ok to trade.  CRA only cares about the traders that made millions , We are safe.  But trading requires more money as your gains are usually small but repeditive.

FYI...and I know of when I speak...CRA does not look at amounts made and call an offside.. they do focus on much less than millions in a TFSA....though that may be a trigger point in an audit The activity within the TFSA is what they look at Day traders and frequent traders are offside...as they have always been. Even outside of a TFSA day traders risk their gains being taxed at full income

I disagree  The Cra does not recognize losses in the TFSA while trading frequently as tax deductible so why should they tax the gains.  The matter is before the courts so as of now its not decided either way.  The CRA / Gov likes to bully small people around and scare them into submission.  Most people being what they are will coward and just pay.  This foolishness is

I sold some of my TFSA  couple years ago and  bought NTAR made lots and put in alll back into NXO TFSA. I Read its ok to do it once or twice, but if you do it often they will go after you for the tax.After I read that I hav''nt done that again,only adding cash nxo shares .topped up for this year again ,since TFSA came out. Im saying in toopers case he has 30 000 shares , underwater. I wouldnt be too concerned about trading a few times.  CRA wont come after you for a few share of NXO , and hes underwater anyways so no gains to tax .  Just my opinion.

After my winning streak dissappeared and I was down in many companies my bank then changed their tune and said they just found out since its a TFSA they cannot touch it unless you over contributed. unless you made 500k profit I doubt the CRA cares about TFSA  profits.  I know they have a case before the courts where a guy Made over 1 million profit and they are trying to tax it... but they havnt won yet.

I don't think you know what you are talking about in so far as being jaded about the company's monetization! What did they say snake last August that ran up the company share value? If in a video clipping the company is saying "probable supplier" this shouldn't be taken lightly (I haven't watched any of the videos and the segments where people have noted for others to pay

Hell, we could even form a double bottom on the price charts until the DBros public SEDI filings are in the rear view mirror.
