What are we looking ? Your claim that the stock is trading sideways ? The company gave 40 million shares to the bros ( paul our current CEO ) Then the company wrote it off as worthless Then the company ( Paul and Rich )allowed them to dump their 40 million shares effectively killing the shareprice and putting us all underwater.
