Mmmm   money coming in...immediate addition of 57million shares, possibly doubled with warrants From just under 150 million to just over 260 million  Dilutive and significantly below trading price. No reason not to call for say 6 cents tomorrow.

@barstoole Lets see ... 6 cents would be better than 5 cents. Lol Will anyone buy ? Will anyone sell ? Im wondering how anyone can continue to defend this company after they keep screwing shareholders over and over and never produce anything good !

The fear of NXO going BR had the sp where it was. With funding in place with maybe insiders buying cheap stock,that is a positive outcome for all concerned is my take. Price might dip until any news breaks, but it will be interesting and telling what insiders end up with what size shareholding once the dust settles.

@ Henry  I tend to agree the current SP takes the Fear of bankruptcy into account. Im thinking it may not be that bad tommorow... there was almost 1 hour Friday between release of News and end of trading and we didnt do soo badly.  If any insiders bought into this PP im dropping 100k CAD to buy more shares. It would be a huge Green flag .... If they put their Money to buy some share it

I agree Henry Ford, the keys here fore will be: can they close the full pp or even oversubscribe? How fast will they close the pp? What level of insider involvement will there be in the funding? If they close it quickly with heavy funding from insiders then I would be pretty bullish on nxo. Jmo

i am pretty much on same page as you barstool.....But its a offering and not a bought deal through a brokerage house.....I think it will be a .06 opening too
