Hey "we" remember better than he thinks eh? Omg, he cracks me up. It was 40 million units, not 80  the price was 5.5 cents per unit. 5 for the stock  0.5 cents for the warrant . And you never make money on any investment unless you SELL. I also pointed out that most private placements use a "swap" trade whereby current shareholders sell their free trading shares NOW
