Filing deadline for all venture listed firms for December yearend is tomorrow! So, news release on Tuesday or will it drag out all week? Fingers crossed for you guys.

Moe  I have heard that Nxo has no money to pay employees and are behind on vendor payments.  That being said .. what are the scenarios you see ahead.  1 . Share reverse split and new pp raise. 2. Company closes  Any other outcomes

If u look at pauls other company thats what they did  Deep markit  They reversed split 40 to 1 and the stock is now work fractions of 1 penny presplit. .. As moe says ...scary music ...not looking good

Huh? I thought you proclaimed they had no office, no employees, no sales, no nothing. How can they have a vendor of anything that's owed anything? If it's something from 6-12 or more months ago, now you decide to mention it? I recall Paul took shares for money he was owed but I doubt that's what you mean. That Bill guy was a plug.  Unstable.  He made his money and scr...we'd the rest I see next to nil hope for NXO.  They failed.  Haven't reinvested.  Never a good time.

Oh dear lord, don't tell me you are also a creditor? Unless there are undisclosed positive events, there is no hope for anything other than delisting. Maybe Saturday it will emerge from the dust. May the 4th be with you.
