BTW - It was Andy Bruziewicz who got the ball rolling on...

The Northern Heritage Funding in the spring of 2012. It is good to see that his work has finally had some positive effect on the company.

This is another confirmation that all the good things that are happening to Nordex now are the result of the growth foundation constructed by the previous board. I have posted before that I have seen Amin, Levesque, and Bruziewicz working the crowds at the PDAC 2012. Their passion for Nordex was quite obvious. I think they have done more  for promotion of Nordex than any Investor Relations ...more

Just to be clear you and the former Directors all seem to be from Sarnia. As such your support of them is now understood and respected. Not everyone has the same ties and some of us have different opinions which is ok. Also doubtful Bruziewicz had much to do with any funding for Nordex as he and the others were long gone before the new Board was able to raise sufficient funds for Nordex to be in a ...more

So you are now saying the former Board was instrumental in getting All Group to raise money for the Company but in several previous posts you have aggressively criticized them for getting rid of the same people a month later? Does not make sense. As for government funding your suggestion also does not add up. Perhaps an informal meeting took place but to imply anything further seems to be a ...more

On May 2 2012 the directors were Andy Bruziewicz, Jacques Levesque, Adel Amin, Leo Luciani and Jim O'Reilly. This is when the financing with All Group was concluded. I don't know what kind of a problem you are having understanding that. The fund raising application for the Johnex product line was also put into place before the Annual Meeting where All Group et al. re-arranged the deck ...more

No problem understanding. According to you All Group re-arranged the deck chairs for 3 of the 5 directors and 2 were re-elected. But the 3 directors who were left without deck chairs were instrumental in putting together this financing.
