STOCK GOING UP???? FROM 60 cents to 52!
The key price reference point in share prices of Nordex is when the All Group proxies on the board snookered existing shareholders by massive dilution. The Nordex stock was trading at about 60 cents at the time, the board offered massive number of shares shares at a private placement at 45 cents. Which was a discount to both the book value and the market price! Sure enough, as I predicted, the shares dived . I bought mine at 40 cents.
The sales are up nicely as everybody predicted, including myself. But with the dilution they appeared to be heading for anualized sales of a little over a dollar per share. Amazingly, we had that for Nordex in the past, with much less shares outstanding.
Only abnormal minds can conclude that shares are going up when they are trading below 60 cents, when the debacle of All Group began.
