One has the responsibility to defend the truth, and I have done so by exposing looseygosey lie.  A LIE IS A LIE IS A LIE. No matter how big or small.  I don't really care whether loosegoose responds to anything. I am here to defend the truth and protect the public from questionable operators in the market. Any reader could check the trading prices as all this information is in a ...more

During the period from July 14, 2010 to June 15, 2012 there was a total of about 1,272,933 Nordex shares traded. During the same period the stock actually traded on a total of 149 different days. Using the stock price at the close of each of those 149 days and the number of shares traded on each day the approximate total value of the shares traded was $649,503 or about $0.51 per share. During the ...more

Still can't swallow apologizing for posting a lie here? By doing so you totally discredited yourself. What you are saying now is totally irrelevant, and actually silly. In your calculations you should include  the self serving private placement at 45 cents (yes , these were actual sales of shares, below market to a chosen few) , when the stock was actually trading at 60. That would lower ...more

We can include the placement by the current Board at $0.45 and the placement (with All-Group) by old Board at $0.40 and the result will still be the same. More shares traded at higher average value under the new Board and less shares traded at a lower value under the old Board.

You are totally incompetent. If you do weighted average (by volume), the results cannot be the same, because of the size of the private placement. Math was, and still is, your weak link. Also, when you judge the actions of current board you should look at period before and after the massive, self entrenching dilution. Obviously, the doubling of shares was never well received by the market, and ...more

With the placements added in to the calculations: - under the old Board there was 1,272,933 shares traded at a total value of $649,503 under their placement there was 2,927,500 shares issued at $0.40 for a value of $1,171,000. Therefore the total number of shares sold was 4,200,433 shares sold for a total value of $1,820,530 for an average price per share of $0.433. - under the ...more

You make no sense whatsoever. In any case, your points are tottally irrelevant. The stock prices always lag the previous management decisions. So the upleg in early days of the new board was a result of good management of the board they replaced. Notice what happened later in the term of new board. Another case of market reacting to boards actions. Massive dilutions are never taken kindly by the ...more

Let's just agree to disagree. I will focus on the positive potential moving forward and you can continue to focus on the past.

Agree to disagree??? How can you, when you are just dhead burried in the sand without  recognition of obvious  basic truths. You have never accepted nor understood any evidence pointing out to the path of enhancing the shareholder's value.

I understand just fine, I just don't agree with some of your views or opinions. Respectfully, the name calling and talking down to people really does not help your credibility. It seems your only purpose on this site is to be negative and to stir the pot based on your views of things that have happened 2,5,10 and even 30 years ago. Some of us have made investments based on our beliefs there is ...more

Will you ever understand anything? Why do we discuss matters related to Nordex? BECAUSE WE ARE CONCERNED SHAEHOLDERS WHO WANT TO SEE APPRECIATION OF THE VALUE OF OUR INVESTMENT! I do not stir the pot, I just believe that abnormality that happened in the past have to be cleaned up, if we want to see market appreciate the immense value that is there but will not be materialized if we do not clean ...more
