Truth about Nordex Operations For Zucker and Investors,

So here is some truth for Jerry Zucker Group and Investors. I have read about how great and promising this companys outlook is. Lets hope your deal doesent include land reclamation, future lawsuits etc.  Not understanding how you allow Jim Taylor to continues to run this company into the ground. Here are a few truths about how this company under Jim Taylor operates.

Nordex just purchased more Chinese dets, yes the same ones from the same company they had issues with a year before, remember the ones that were destroyed?? Truth is these dets were sent flying all over Nordex property in a failed test blast. Employees armed with metal detectors were sent out to clear roadways, leaving thousands in trees, bush, and surronding property.

Nordex mis-management caused another destroyed batch of A.N. liquer over this past weekend. Should ministry of enviroment be notified??  Truth is  in past it has been Nordexs practise to dump unwanted chemicals into surrounding swamps.

In the past year questions about damage to houses near Nordex property due to test blasting. Nordex gathered evidence from some of there legal test blasts as evidence that it was impossible to cause damage. Truth is what these property owners fail to realize is there is evidence of these illegal test blasts including video evidence of location and blasts.

Halfway down the road to the back of property, there is a cement barrier that blocks a road to the left. I invite new investors to demand to see this area. Employees have been directed to cover up tracks of loaders and trucks by laying down branches, covering up, with good reason there activitys up there. Once cresting the hill you will see 55 gallon drums, without lids, crushed, bent, broken or tipped over leaking there chemical/rain water solutions right in to Crown Land. There are also large plastic totes containing explosives in various states in the same condition as the drums. After clearing this Toxic Dump on Crown Land the road continues to open up to a barren landscape full of giant craters caused by illegal blasts that were so large its only comparrison is military artilery craters.

A year and months back some ERD Inspectors showed up on site for inspection. Having those bad dets and there new order on site was illegal, Jim Taylors solution, load there bad dets on a 5 ton, park it at his #1 yes man at the time Gord Shumachers cottage, telling ERD Inspectors truck was being repaired at Kenworth. This is the same Gord who towed a loaded explosives truck on a U-Haul car dolley after a breakdown with placards turned to show empty breaking a number of laws to save Jim Taylor. Also the same Gord who would rent unapproved by ERD trucks for deliverys breaking rental agreements, MTO laws and ERD laws putting employees at risk of fines and jail time.

Jim Taylor and his management team are willing to put safety, enviroment, and the laws that Govern Canada aside risking the company time after time to make up for poor planing and mis management. The newest highest paid employee at Nordex  Gords replacement and Jim Taylors family freind  is also a yes man to Jim Taylor. So if you are expecting any changes to come in maintenance, safety, operations or enviroment the layoffs including Andy Mcknight head of Health and Safety says it all. While he was there he was kept as far away from daily operations as possible. The last person there that wasnt a Jim Taylor yes man. Leaving his un educated management team to follow inline. This company is an accident waiting to happen the way it is headed. Investors be warned this company is a black eye.

This is some pretty serious stuff Mr. Mayhem.  Criminal charges, environmental disasters, no health and safety professional, minimal experienced staff...........why I heard that even Jim Taylor's son bailed out of the place. I wonder if the Zuckers are sharpening their knives.  They...and all the non-Jim Taylor shareholders should be. Poor Duncan Middlemiss...........I'm sure ...more
