. Sending untrained employees and students up on to Crown Land to pick up explosive detonators. These are the same detonators that are now comprised because they were involved in a failed attempt to get rid of them in the first place. Put into buckets and blasted all over Crown Land on there illegal test blast site. These detonators are being picked up by people not trained in dealing with failed explosive ordnance. I hope nobody will be killed or mamed on Crown Land in this illegal proces, that puts all tax payers at risk let alone investors. Taking the cheapest illegal route has always been Jim Taylor's plan of action as Pres . Putting people's safety aside to make up for his poor management and lack of vision.
