NYX market value vs OpenBet acquisition

I know mkt cap doesn't give you the real value, but it is a good starting point.
Do i miss something : mkt cap for nyx : 120M$ CAD ...
NYX acquired OpenBet for £270....

I know there is debt etc, but just as a starting point, you see a undervalue stock right there? like I said correct me please

Another way to see it is more output with the same or fewer inputs. Their EBITDA and gross margins are not good. They need to do better. With decreased costs whether by letting staff go, maintaining current costs while ...more

I liked the comment on the sales pipeline as well - especially when they said one of their potential client is doing a reference check on Espial with it's current clients. Hope they close this. GLTA
