Boneindickham : I think you seriously need to hire an advisor if your applauding that fool. Mr this is a 4 dollar stock. Canacord just sold to TD who sold to CIBC who sold to blah blah blah. The market has spoken and NYX is worth 2.40 - which is nowhere near 4 bucks. Maybe Mr Davey knew the 3rd quarter was Farked like the last 6-7 quarters and said I better get out NOW!!!! Was thinking the same thing. Davey may have run this thing into the ground and knew next few quarters would be bad. There's still Q4 for NYX so who knows. We will fins out late November. We'll need to see if SG writes off anything on the purchase. Doubt it as SG already stated the aquisition is accretive.  This deal analogy for me is akin to ToysRus buying Amazon back in 2007. Would

SB: forget buying Amazon. I sold Amazon in the mid 40's around 2007 after holding it for 10 years and took a loss of close to 35-40% if I remember correctly. that one still hurts.
