The Waihapa Ngaere wells produce oil and gas from the fractured Oligocene Tikorangi Limestone at a depth of approximately 2700 meters.

I have to agree with you. At conversion the note holders will have about 6.7 million shares ($2,000,000/$0.30). Adding that to the current shares outstanding would total almost 30,000,000 shares outstanding. Would you think that the company could be valued at say, $15,000,000?
Asking for myself...not a friend!
