The Waihapa Ngaere wells produce oil and gas from the fractured Oligocene Tikorangi Limestone at a depth of approximately 2700 meters.

David Llewellyn, Director

The third Director David Llewellyn, just like James Willis the Charman/CEO, owns no stock, no stock options and a very modest director fee. Makes one wonder why Mr. Willis and Mr. Llewellyn would take on the liability of a directorship of a public company with no equity or upside in the company.
