RE:why aren't insiders buying?

RE:why aren't insiders buying?Great question. Clearly undervalued with small dollar amounts trading most weeks but with no uptick no matter the news. Are the outside investors stuck with high losses waitning in vain for some spectacular discovery? Is the current management capable of turning it around or do they care? The company's holdings seems to have potential but the company stagnates doing endless reviews. The looming debt and unlikely ability to raise the stock price sufficiently to either repay, refinance or convert doesn't feel hopeful if the company doesn't get its act together.
