The Waihapa Ngaere wells produce oil and gas from the fractured Oligocene Tikorangi Limestone at a depth of approximately 2700 meters.

RE:Unusual Asks

NZ completed a 10 for 1 consolidation in 2021. Together with the 10 for 1 just completed last month that equals a 100 for 1 consolidation. Now a 6M share placement at $0.38 equals the existing shareholders have been screwed right out of the asset. Any recourse for shareholders availible?
