Basically, if you're in the highest Canadian tax bracket you get a very substantial tax incentive to participating in private placements if you buy FT shares. To break even on the transaction you only to sell you FT shares for less than 50% of what you paid for them. 15M FT units were issued in the last PP at $0.12, making the break even somewhere below 6 cents.

Just because someone else is selling at $0.08 does not mean they believe it is the best they can get or that the company is worth less. It may simply be someone taking profits.

Do not let these sellers influence your expectations of where the stock price is going. Them selling is simply an opportunity you can take advantage of to make a positive return.
