Mining or leaving the stock market... ?

Once in a while MIS comes out with these out of norm volumes without any news or events to relate them to ???? I am not at the screen all and evry day. I just see the volume at the end of the section. So, either someone is getting out of sinking ship or getting in the ship that got grounded at low tide. Just me.
