I'm not sure but the"national bank" has to be trustworthy?

I'm not sure but the"national bank" has to be trustworthy?Easily as trustworthy as trudeau's  cbc... or any thing else that government has thrown millions at?  
I'm just a little confused...with the trades today and...with everything in general.  If buy high and sell low is the game,then I'm a star trader!  I may be approaching this all wrong.

There must not be any question of integrity in our established and trusted institutions....comrade...
