O3 Mining Inc. is a Canada-based gold explorer and mine developer. The Company is engaged in the production and exploration of prospective gold camps in Quebec, Canada. It owns a 100% interest in all its properties, which cover over 75,000 hectares in Quebec. Its projects include Marban Alliance, Horizon, Alpha, Eleonore Opinaca, Launay, Peacock, Regcourt and Matachewan - Wydee. The Marban Alliance property is located in the western portion of the province of Quebec, Canada, midway between the towns of Val-d’Or and Malartic and comprises over 65 mining claims covering approximately 2,189 hectares (ha). The Horizon property is located directly to the northwest of Marban Alliance. It comprises over 192 claims covering approximately 8,778 ha, contiguous with the Marban Alliance. The Alpha Property is located in the Abitibi region, in the Bourlamaque and Louvicourt Townships, approximately eight km southeast of the city of Val-d’Or in the province of Quebec, Canada.
