Crunch time upcoming soon
Interesting week... replacement of the CFO which created a 30% spike in share price. Subsequent couple days sees a fairly significant erosion of that one-day spike.
I wish to hell I knew what was going on inside the CGX/Frontera head offices, because this share price action, in conjuncton with recent actions over the past couple months (or years) is embarassing. Heck, they cannot even push the value of CGX back up to the rights offering of $1.63 (still down 10% from this mark). Pretty sad all considered. Thank goodness I made a nice profit back in August/Sept at $2/share and more recently again this past week when the price spiked to $1.60 again (relative to share purchases at $1.0 and $1.5 over the past month). My loyalty to this company is zero and quite frankly many of you should adopt a similar mindset... its clear management cares absolutely 0% about you or your families! I will certainly keep some shares as I am curious on the final result, but I sure do enjoy realizing a big capital gain which is guaranteed.
As the legendary Warren Buffet once said "Its only when the tide goes out that you learn who has been swimming naked". Guess we will see soon enough what grand plan De Alba et al have in plan for CGX and whether they truly did gamble on the drill result of Kawa-1 or if they actually have a meaningful contigency (ie., JV) in place prior to entering the reservoir zones.
Price action at the moment suggests a tremendous amount of naked swimming. The market is providing absolutely no upside value at the moment for CGX stock... will Kawa-1 provide De Alba et with the security they need (swim trunks) or will they be exposed to be a bunch of shrivelled jokes? Time will tell soon enough.

Exactly BGR, My average is around 30 cents, I've paid back all my original investment and am riding for free now. So I wait now for the best chance they have ever had. I''ts like some of you whiners almost think they don't want to strike oil so they can srew us out of our shares? This play has never been for the faint of heart. If you can't take the heat............... GLTA,

I have around the same average but haven't sold any yet. It will not drop below that with a second drill coming and the port.JV or a buyout or we hit some sweet oil.i personally want to capitalize on every penny that I put in. The stock of a life time.
