Something is in the Works

Tartisan Resources is continuing to buy shares of PER.  Not sure what is going on but it is not just about the mill production.  Something bigger is happening.  Check out Canadian insider for the last 6 months.  It is all Tartisan buying.  Is a takeover/buyout?  Anyone with any insite to what is happening?

I have noticed as well we have not had a YouTube audio update from Jeff for the last two news releases. Seems something is going on. Maybe. Hopefully.
