Yes, PHD is in a tough spot no argument there. But some of us are watching closely because low points can sometimes precede turning points. No guarantees, just open eyes.

There's a big difference between staying positive and being delusional. The company couldn’t raise money even when it had a lease agreement in place. Without capital, all the so-called “potential” ...more

You might end up being right or not.The financials will speak soon enough. But repeating doom over and over doesn’t make it the only possible outcome. Some of us are still open to a positive surprise.

If I recall correctly they are now 4 payments of 25K each in arrears to bring their property lease in to good standing.  Given the lease has now expired without bringing it into good standing ...more

The one they needed to raise $1,800,000 ... just closed today for "gross proceeds of $85,000"  Remember their last Interim Financial Statements? They had $107K in Trade Payables and ...more

Last year's financial statements came out Apr 18th so this

year's should be out any day.  Lets see what the numbers say.  You claim there is good potential or opportunity but you can't explain how when they have no $$ and no property.
