Fair points, KozmoT no denying the past performance was poor, and losing the property obviously set things back hard. But that’s kind of the point: with expectations this low and sentiment this dead, it doesn’t take much to move the needle. If they do manage to re-secure Toulumne or bring in a new asset with funding, the upside from here could be multiples even if short-lived.
Am I loading up? No not blindly. But I’m watching closely. Sometimes the best asymmetrical setups are hiding in the wreckage.
