You're literally babbling now ... companies with no money and not even a property are the ones that respond the strongest when the market turns?  ( Hint: it already turned )  You called PHD an "early-stage play".. You realize how laffable that is?  Early stage of insolvency, early stage of delisting, early stage of bankruptcy maybe. But early stage of exploration ... um, no.  They are literally not even in the game any more.
