Appreciate the feedback just to clarify, I’m definitely not Ron.
I’m simply a shareholder who noticed something unusual: the company spent over $15K on marketing in Q1, despite it being a “quiet” phase externally. That stood out to me, especially considering the lease was lost in April and the company is cash-strapped.
It could very well be that the marketing was tied to the final push to retain the Tuolumne lease fair point. But it could also indicate a pivot or preparation for something new, especially with the gold price where it is.
As for the management fee: yeah, $22.5K is a notable number. We also have to acknowledge that junior exploration companies rarely have clean or linear financials particularly when they’re in survival mode. I’m just keeping an eye out. If nothing materializes, I’ll reassess. But attacking other posters instead of discussing facts doesn’t really help anyone here.
