Why send it rush , if not releasing mid JAN , news is news , big difference here releasing anytime soon to mid jan .

There are always exceptions to the rule but in general this is how most junior mining companies think and reason things out on their end.

Rush samples take 3 to 4 days (less if its not too busy). The samples were sent over 10 days ago. If results are good enuf to be considered "Material Information" they HAVE TO put out a news release. They have not put out a news release.

No, they are under no legal obligation whatsoever to report non-newsworthy assay results. Companies do this all the time.
