and a NR with drilling details after that.

LOL, the price reservation date was over 100 days ago! Even with the extension the PP must be dead and expired by now. So now what happens to thisa company?

Hard to say! Actually, it would be 60 days if brokered and I believe it is brokered based on the original news release plus a 30 day extention which is 90 then I believe the company has 5 days of closing to disclose to the exchange! Actually Giveme it was non-brokered, so the 45 day thing still holds ... its toast "...pleased to announce further to its December 2, 2021 news release announcing a non-brokered private placement unit offering of up to 18,571,500 units of the Company at a price of$0.07..."

KozT Maybe! It is hard to say as on one hand they title it a non-broker in the headline of the first tranche, however, in the original news release that is not the case.
