This companies news releases are never clear.  So is this an extention on the extention or is it just another release referring to the extention?

Maybe?  Where does it say an additional 30 day extention?  It say 30 day extention in respect to the duration of the private placement?  The way it reads seem to make it one and the same.  I suspect it is an additional extention but it does not say that.   New News Release!
