• Since Novemeber 2020, when the above was announced, PKT has already bought 3 Class A Industrial Real Estate Properties! That's pretty fast execution!

• They just raised $70M at $.95 per share led by ScotiaBank & Stifel to help them execute their strategy of becoming the largest Class A Industrial Properties! And $70M (with 20% can buy ALOT of Real Estate (maybe $300-$400M), which they just closed on, on February 17th, so anticipate a bunch of deals or one super deal for PKT, which will perhaps take the stock up close to $15-$25 (they will be the H&R REIT (office) and RioCan (Retail) of the Best in Class Real Estate Asset with -Commerce expected to continue to grow and requiring Class A Industrial Real Estate, see article here about why Industrial is the best of all Real Estate Classes!
https://renx.ca/how-industrial-space-saved-commercial-real-estate-market-2020/ PKT [Parkit Enterprises] has a small float (relatively speaking), has great management experience, is already executing and quickly on acquisitions and easily raised $70M for a GREAT price for shareholders, given the stock was about $.10 in November 2020 and has gone up 10 fold and continues to trend upward, so any news on new deals with the recent $70M they received should keep pushing it up, coupled with the fact, that's it's a Real Estate play, and the safest class of Real Estate.
Finally, if PKT starts offering a dividend in a year or so with a much larger portfolio, this stock should be trading in line with all the other REITs but I would think even higher with their management, capital raising capabilities, real estate experience and super quick execution!
Have been following this stock and wish I had read about it when it was $.10, and is up 10x! since, but I think this stock will FLY past $20 over time as they acquire properties and get institutional (which they know how to do, so imagine they'll follow the same direction) and hopefully issue a dividend, then $5 would have been a Strong Buy!
