I did not thoroughly checked it in details but it seems Mr. Harpur could have been possibly linked with the 1:3 reverse split in 2019. Reverse splits are rarely good, especially when stock price keeps ...more

There's the distinct possibility that they get reissued at the more recent lower prices? It's what many companies do and it irritates me.
