I think what is important here is that every time PLAN will make a profit in the future, a chunk of this substantial amount will be used to reduce the taxable profit before taxes so that overall less ...more

I was looking to see a timeline or formal plan but if they show divestature every quarter then that will show they have a streamlined goal to clean up the company.
