The Pilot Plant Is Coming Along (Update)

The Pilot Plant Is Coming Along (Update)Trommel showed in action on Steves Linkedin, if someone could post it here plz. It's outside cuz of addtional parts being manufactured inside.

I see Canaccord has been on a buying spree lately, 350,500 today.

More Companies besides just
Cement are taking notice of PLAN's Pilot Plant!

This week we tested our PozGlass Screening Trommel (PST) for the first time. The PST was engineered and fabricated in-house.

It worked really well. I was amazed at what we found mixed in with glass. We had a laptop hard drive, steel pipe, metal shelf brackets, and the expected glass jar lids and wine bottlecaps.
We get paid to take "dirty glass" and we will recycle/resell all ferrous metal and aluminum recovered.

The video is a temporary set up and we will not have a human operator feeding glass into a roll mill when our plant is commissioned. All large equipment for Phase 1 (dry glass size reduction and contaminant removal) has been ordered and the first 2 pieces of externally ordered machinery for the plant will arrive from Austria in roughly 3 weeks.

We ordered "made in Canada" equipment wherever possible, but also ordered equipment from the USA, China, and Austria when a Canadian option was not available.

We are making all of our own trommels, conveyors, bucket elevators, and hoppers and they will all be painted in Progressive Planet green, grey and gold.

I salute our in-house millwrights, fabricator/fitters, engineers, laborers, and the project manager for assembling a temporary feeding system to demonstrate the PozGlass Screening Trommel to our site guests including guests from Lafarge, window manufacturers, industrial mineral processors, bankers, and large investors.

Steve
