I don't need any more proof...

Mgmt have shown their incompetance and ineptitude. Slyce is going down the tubes, it's time to cut losses and jump this rudderless, sinking ship.

That's a load. Fact is the stock is manipulated and management is just looking after their friends and the price was driven down so that the bought deal would look legitimate at 20 cents. I would love to see these ktel disco ducks investigate and locked up.

WRONG...Idiot mgmt waited until the last minute to do a financing hoping the stock price would rise. They hired EuroPacific who issued a report in September with a $0.85 target price. Then they held a conference call on October 20 to promote the stock. Now down to $1.5 million in cash the bozos have no choice but to do a financing asap....

p.s. SLC was at $0.38 when EuroPacific issued its report on Spetember 24. Mgmt hubris prevented them from doing a financing then. Look where that got them.

Perhaps SLC should just be put out of its misery. It's disheartening to watch it being mismanaged towards a slow and agonizing death and taking its investors with it.

I completely disagree. Everything about this stock is a smoke screan. The stock was taken down by the same people who are now benefity from this early christmas gift. the one thing I was hoping for from the phoney takeover was that IRROC would put surveillance on mgnt. Too bad, my guess is they'll get away with this.

3burtc, it can only be a self given christmas gift for the "same people, that brought it down", if it is going up again. Otherwise it would be useless for them. So hope, that it's a christmas gift.
