Insider Promissory Notes - Vote of Confidence

I think many are missing the point here.  Insiders have put in $255K ahead of the financing, which to me, signifies that they are confident the financing has been secured.  Although this financing has taken much longer, given the market conditions (the worst start  EVER), some of this could be explained and forgiven. Gives me some confidence to buy at current levels.

Yes, that was also for me the most important information. The next earnings and maybe some new customers should come now before the financing end.

BRIDGE LOAN: - up to a million dollars but no minimum. - stand by fee of $20,000 ( 2% ) for the idea of a bridge loan but no loan yet. - another $20,000  ( 2% more percent ) for committing to a bridge loan anywhere from $1 to $1M. No problem saintvitus it's not hard to see how the company burns money. They know how much loan they need minimum, so giving away $20,000 on stand by is really greasy.

Yes in the short term money can be made. Seems to me to be another one of their insider manipulation at its best;  another p & d ploy. If you can't beat them join them while you can.
