Meanwhile eBay acquires a visual search and computer vision company Corrigon : I guess eBay did its due diligence and acquired real technology : considering what is happening with Slyce right now - I kind of have my doubts on Slyce technology and the fact that there is this take over at CAD2m. Not sure what to vote at this point : loose all and bring the scammers down with me ?

The way to decide which way to vote is to analyze your position, and then figure out how to get the most bang for your buck. Ask yourself the question, by voting for the proposal, what will I acheive. The way I see it, at $0.01 a share there's not much left to lose, and at this point the chances of a recovery are nil to none.
