Painfully long halt

Starting to grow impatient with how long it is taking management to close this RTO.. Beginning to second guess whether I want to hold my shares post closing, has been a lack of communication from management.

From what I've read they were supposed to announce the name of the new entity back in Nov 2021 and distribute meeting materials in Dec 2021, with an AGM in Jan/early Feb that would finalize.

I haven't even seen the name of the new entity... are we running 2+ months behind schedule?!?!
